Are my files private?
Yes. Your files are private: never shared, deleted automatically after 30 days. Files you upload for a preview and don't pay for are deleted after 24 hours.
Which files can I upload?
PDF files and Illustrator .ai files saved with PDF compatibility (Illustrator's default). One file at a time, up to 20 MB and 100 pages.
How is ink coverage calculated?
For each separation — process and spot colors — we measure the percentage of the trim box covered by that ink, using the ink values in the file. If the file has no trim box, the page size is used. Output ICC profiles are not applied.
What does the Preflight Check look for?
RGB and gray images and vectors, image resolution, fonts that aren't embedded and spot colors. The Check only reports — your file isn't modified. Preflight Fix applies the corrections you choose.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a credit or debit card. We never see your card details.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free Check or a single document: we only ask for your email to send you the results. A subscription needs an account.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel a subscription at any time from My account; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Terms and conditions.
